1.1. Sentrod ("we," "us," "our") operates from Auckland, New Zealand, and sells products to customers in the United States and other regions.

2. Orders and Payments
2.1. By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete payment and shipping information.
2.2. Prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time.
2.3. We use third-party payment processors to process transactions securely. We are not responsible for any issues arising from third-party payment processing.
2.4. Orders are not confirmed until we send you a confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions.
3. Shipping and Delivery
3.1. We currently ship to the U.S. and select international locations. Shipping times vary based on destination and logistics providers.
3.2. Any estimated delivery dates are provided for reference only. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.
3.3. Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping information. We are not responsible for lost shipments due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
3.4. International customers may be responsible for import duties, taxes, and customs fees. These are not included in our prices.
4. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
4.1. We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused and unopened products. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
4.2. Refunds are processed once we receive and inspect the returned product.
4.3. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or refund.
4.4. Digital products and gift cards are non-refundable.
